| Hey Bob,
I just want to say that you are probably one of the sharpest guys on this Forum, not knocking anyone else. It's just when it comes to Forced Induction and F-Bodies, you know your stuff. Anyway I just got the 3.00" pulley on and it is working great . I'm seeing a little more than a pound of boost increase. I't feels like I gained about another 30HP or so. Only one problem, I'm detecting some detonation right before redline ( popcorn ) . So I filled it up with VP Racing fuel 103 octane. No more detonation. But that's not the answer ( very expensive fix ). I wish you were local. Could use a good old fashion chassis dyno tune. You wouldn't be able to recommend a shop down my way, could you?

Lon's Corvette is basically a stock 1998 automatic with headers and exhaust, along with the mandatory ATI ProCharger D-1SC!
Here is a dyno graph of Lon's Corvette prior to us installing the ATI ProCharger D-1SC.
What a night and day difference! This Corvette has been transformed into a beast!

Lon had us remove his transmission while his corvette was at our shop, and had us get it over to RPM Transmissions for a Stage VI build.
We also installed a Precision Industries Vigilante 3 disc converter along with a transmission cooler while we had the transmission removed.
Here is a work in progress picture of the installation of the ProCharger D-1SC. The ProCharger systems come with black silicone, but we swapped them out for red silicone on Lon's Corvette, as red is the color he used with his cold air intake prior to us installing the ProCharger.
The ProCharger looks too nice to have to cover it with the hood! You may notice that this is the upgraded 8 rib system, which we prefer as it eliminates possible belt slippage problems. The eight rib system requires a new harmonic balancer made by ATI Performance Products, pn# 917345.
