This area of our site includes details about some of the cars we've worked on.
Our main goal is to show if claims about increased performance made by manufacturers, vendors, or just your buddy down the street are accurate. In the following pages we'll explain what modifications we made and what performance increase, or decrease we found by using our chassis dyno to test the results.
Our second goal is simply to let you enjoy reading about some of the work that we've done on customer cars and our own cars.
If you'd like to know if a particular performance mod meets its manufacturer's
claims, let us know about
it. While we don't have access to every car ever made, it may be that
we can find out if it's worth the money or not
Jordan's 2008 Z06 with ATI ProCharger F-1C Jordan traded in his 2007 Z06 last Friday and bought this new 2008 Z06. The 08 Z06 has a much improved transmission and a sweet short throw shifter! Stay tuned as we swap out this engine for a Warhawk engine that we are going to build, and add an ATI ProCharger F-1C! We're shooting for over 1000 rwhp! |

Steve Verplank's '86 RX7/LS1 w/ATI ProCharger Steve's RX7 has run a 10.8 with a 1.86 60 ft time so far. The stock style front shocks are just way to firm for any kind of decent weight transfer. Getting weight transfer is the next step for this car. |

Chad Cunningham's '69 LS2 Z28 The 502 engine and tranny were sold on Ebay from this Z28. We now have an LS2 engine and transmission from an '05 GTO installed, and this original Z28 is now 350 pounds lighter than it was with the big block! |
Heath Buchs and his 05 GTO/ATI ProCharger D-1SC Heath brought his GTO back to us this year to have a methanol kit installed. We were able to pick up another 30 rwhp with the methanol kit. Heath has changed the looks of his GTO significantly by adding the Monero body items to his car. It looks awesome! |

Tom Snitzers 02 Z06 Track Car Tom's Z06 has the drivetrain back in and now Eurosport Racing over in Illinois will be installing new brakes, moteC computer system, suspension and cage. The car will then come back to us to fire up the new combination and tune it in. |

EPP's 2008 GTO with an F3R ProCharger Okay, did the title get your attention? Pontiac only built the new GTO's from 2004 thru 2006, but this is our new car, and it will debut in 2008 so we're going to call it a '08 GTO. At least for now... Our Brent Malone and Ted Garvin are in charge of this project, and Ted will be driving our GTO. |

Tim Farrell's '02 Firehawk with an LS2 402/706 rwhp/758ft lb APS Twin Turbo! 705 rwhp/758 ft lbs torque on 93 octane with no octane booster, with methanol injection on close to 11.0/1 compression ratio on an eighty degree day! This car is now ready for the movies! |
Scott Hewitt and his Camaro SS with an STS Turbo New video footage inside at bottom!
We upgraded Scott's car with a 6.0L iron block, now displacing 408 cubic inches. We are still using the 4l60 transmission and Vigilante 3200 converter, and Scott still has the 3:73 gears.
We installed a larger GTS76 mm turbo, a 44mm wastegate, and an E-boost 2 controller.
We added a larger K&N air filter, and we made a 4.00" exhaust tailpipe for it.
This new set-up is definately going to make a lot more power. We're out of injector at 11.5 lbs of boost, so the next step will involve installing a driver and some 95lb fuel injectors.

Anthony Cobergs 07 Corvette with APS twin turbochargers 537 rwhp and 547 ft lbs of torque, not bad for a hot and steamy day on a Mustang Chassis Dyno! The average amount of boost is 6.1 psi, with a max of 7.1 psi. |
Ryan Billenstein and his 06 GTO with an APS twin turbo system! This goat made a lot of rwhp for only 6.8 psi of boost! 541 rwhp and 549 ft lbs of torque will be putting the hurt on the stock clutch in no time at all!!! It would be interesting to see what this turbo kit would be capable of with an engine with forged internals and a fuel system to go along with it. |
1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi EPP Project Car This Ferrari 308 GTSi is a shop car of ours, it actually belongs to Mike Westrick, a very good friend of mine who fronted all the money required to get our business up and running. Years ago we were going to install two turbos on the engine. Somewhere along the way, both distributors and some of the fuel system came up missing for the engine, as it has been partially dissasembled for close to four years. Hmm, since we are known for the GM LS related engines, why not... Stay tuned! |
Richie Sposato and his 04 CTS-V w/ATI ProCharger D-1SC 602 rwhp and 637 ft lbs of torque with 11 psi of boost, not bad considering the hot and muggy weather we are currently having, plus the fresh engine only has about 100 miles on it. This would be 640 to 650 rwhp on a DynoJet unloaded type of dyno. Our Mustang Chassis Dyno, using eddy current, is more accurate but it does give lower numbers. Add approx 20% to the 650 rwhp number and you would be close to what this V is making at the engine! |
Joshua Rife's 402 '98 T/A w/ ATI ProCharger D-1SC That Mickey Thompson ET Street tire is a monster 28 x 13.50 x 15! It has a true 11.0 tread width on the ground, and has a 28.0 tire diameter. This wheel-tire combination is approx 20 pounds lighter per each wheel and tire, than the ones they are replacing. |

Our 1994 1500 hp 1994 Corvette Pro Mod Ted came in 2nd at the 1st annual Lingenfelter quick eight race, running a 4.64 in the 1/8th mile. With a little more tuning this car can easily drop several more tenths. |
Mike Lothamer's 03 Mustang GT with ATI ProCharger Mike had a mild 5.0L stroker engine built for his car, and we upped the boost level. The bottom end is now forged, but the stock heads and cams were retained. This engine is now producing a lot more torque than what it did before. |
Eric Metke and his C6 Corvette with an ATI ProCharger P-1SC-1 Conclusion: We started out at 323 rwhp on this bone stock C6 Corvette, and we are now at a consistant 470 rwhp. What a gain! 20 more rwhp than what a new C6 Z06 just did on another Mustang Chassis Dyno identical to ours. If this C6 had headers and a free flowing exhaust system, this Corvette would most likely be over 500 rwhp! The nice thing is the gas mileage will still be really good, and this car can still be a daily driver! |
Bryce Curry and his '96 LT1 Trans-Am We more than likely found out why Bryce's car initially hydraulic'd his first engine, bending a rod which started his whole three year nightmare. We found the fuel pressure regulator had internally ruptured, passing gas through it! |
Mike McCullough and his 717 RWHP '01 Trans-Am w/ATI ProCharger 717 rwhp and 717 ft lbs of torque - On a Mustang Chassis Dyno to boot! This would be well over 800 hp at the engine! |
Larry Tallent's 1977 Corvette with ATI ProCharger As luck would have it, the block on Larry's Jasper engine cracked while we were just starting to dyno Larry's car! Once we got the engine apart, the general concensus was that the block had to be cracked or prone to failure from Jasper. Jasper replaced the shortblock for us without any problems, and they were very easy to deal with. At this point we decided to have our ace engine builder put a shortblock together for Larry's car, using premium parts. Larry has reported that this new engine is much smoother and feels much stronger than anything that has previously been residing in his Corvette. |
Jerry Lockman and his '96 LT4 with an ATI ProCharger After some computer glitches were dealt with, we finally got this awesome looking LT4 Corvette tuned in. We were surprised to see 413 hp at the rear wheel on our Mustang Chassis Dyno! This Corvette would be close to 450rwhp on a Dynojet type of dyno, making this engine putting out around 500hp! This car is going to fly! My brother's '95 Formula LT1 with an ATI ProCharger makes 350 rwhp on our http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com/projectCar.php?car=7 chassis dyno, and runs 11.50 in the 1/4 mile. This tells us that this Corvette is going to be a hand full... |
Mike Lindley's 3400 Turbo 03 Grand Am After much frustration in purchasing a turbo kit for Mike's Grand Am, we decided to create our own turbo kit for Mike's car. We have had many request for a Grand Am turbo kit, so maybe this will turn into a production kit. |

Adam Henderson's 01 Camaro SS with ATI ProCharger Well it's finally done! I personally delivered Adam's car to him right before the snowstorm hit... 607 rwhp at 8 pounds of boost and 553 ft lbs of torque! What is really incredible is that this was done with a very loose racing converter. We typically don't see good dyno numbers when a loose converter is used! |
Jon Schlemmer's Nissan 350Z with ATI ProCharger Jon brought his timeslips in from our most recent day at the track. Jon had mounted a small pair of slicks on the car, which helped a little in the traction department. Jon still had to walk the car out of the starting line, but it did hook up better. |
Jeff Kirk's '04 Jeep Rubicon Jeff wanted us to install a Kenne Bell supercharger, along with a new suspension package, on his new 04 Jeep. Now this sounded like a fun project!!! All that is left is to dyno the truck now that it is finished! |
Brent Rau and his 7.55 1/4 m '99 turbo Eclipse RWD 10/2/04 Brent Malone just called me from Muncie Dragway and said they had to pull the transmission back out twice, as they burnt up some clutch packs, but... the first time they made a full pass the car with a 7.55 at 185mph!!! Justin Roberts '00 Honda Civic DX w/ATI ProCharger Justin Roberts purchased an NOS kit for his Honda Civic from us, which is what started his road to horsepower heaven! Next came a Carbon Fiber APC hood, and an adjustable coilover front and rear suspension, then the ATI ProCharger C-2 Honda supercharger kit was the next item! |
